Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or full payment, as applicable. 2. Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is made by the customer, the following terms will apply: More than 15 days before travel date: 80% of the total amount will be refunded 7 to 15 days before travel date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund will be provided 3. No-Show Policy If the customer fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Refund Processing * Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days * Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment 5. Rescheduling * Rescheduling requests are subject to availability * Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the travel date * Additional charges may apply depending on changes in pricing or availability 6. Service-Based Refunds Certain components such as hotel bookings, activities, and third-party services may be **non-refundable** or have separate cancellation policies. Refunds in such cases will be processed based on the policies of the respective service providers. 7. Cancellation by Us In rare situations where we are unable to provide the confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances: An alternative arrangement will be offered If not accepted, a full or partial refund will be processed 8.
